The hotel staff were amazing, they picked us up from the airport when we landed at 6:00am jet lagged and very sleep deprived. They kindly let us check in early at 09:30am for no extra cost. They organised us a 5* cruise in Ha Long Bay, including transfers back to the centre. When we arrived backs in Hanoi for around 3pm they kindly let us put our bags in the storage area until 8pm so we did not have to carry them around the busy streets. We even got stuck one night on our way back from the ha giang loop when our early morning flight got changed to the afternoon and we were without some place to stay, I messaged them and asked if they had a hotel room available for a few hours and even though they were fully booked they offered us to relax on their sofa in the lobby for a few hours with our bags (even though we checked out approximately 4 days earlier). Great service and amazing staff, mostly communicated through WhatsApp and they always responded within an hour. Perfect central place and great value for money. Definitely recommend

The location of the Alisa hotel and spa was perfect. It was a few minutes walk to the lake, eateries, shops, and the water puppet theatre we visited. There are little shops opposite or just down the road from the hotel (4 storey mini supermarket) to get drinks, snacks and a few supplies. The hotel is on a small street which is busy during the day but does get much quieter at night. The staff were brilliant. They were so welcoming each time we came and went and so helpful arranging taxis, laundry and general advice on the area. Our stay was spilt in two. Room 602 was modern, comfy beds, good shower, just like the photos reflect on the website. Would stay here again.

Haven't had any meals from the place. We loved the location, it was very close to all the banks and it was very close (around 300m) to bus pickup station. Also it is around 800m to shoe market. Staff was very friendly, they will keep your baggage safe if you are travelling long distances and coming back next day. You will have basic amenities in your room. Executive suit is very specious comparing to other city hotels and worth for the money

The location was great. Situated in the old quarter close to, but not in, the lively market district. The room were very nice, especially in terms of value for money. The air con was dodgy in the two rooms we had over different bookings. There is no restaurant or breakfast facility (which is fine, just an observation for others). If you book early enough it will be a very clean, safe and extraordinarily cheap place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Alisa Hotel and Spa in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short walk to the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s vibrant culture. My room was lovely — clean, comfortable and spacious. Great for a good night rest. Overall, my stay at Alisa Hotel and Spa was great.
